Like many of the Arabic butcher shops in Berlin, this one shows on one and the same sign the animals to be slaughtered and their fresh meat - something irritating for the German observer, where the provenance of meat is nowadays usually hidden or, if shown at all, romanticised (e.g. showing animals from afar in their 'natural' surroundings).
